Wang Ya Hui (1973–2023) worked across video, installation, photography, and painting. Rooted in the Eastern philosophy of nature, her practice explored the relationship between human beings and the world, presenting the dynamic experience of how landscapes are formed. Her works examine the essence of the image, the interplay between illusion and reality, spatial perception, and the viewing experience.
