吳凡，臺灣藝術大學電影系畢業，英國愛丁堡瑪格麗特女皇大學藝術節策劃與管理、倫敦大學皇家霍洛威學院紀錄片製作雙碩士。從事影展工作超過20年，同時兼職製片、企劃等工作。曾任女性影展行政統籌與活動總監、CNEX主題紀錄片影展策展人、CCDF華人提案大會總監、臺灣國際紀錄片影展活動統籌與選片人。
Fan WU has been working for film festivals in Taiwan for more than 20 years. She was the Programmer of TIDF (Taiwan International Documentary Festival), the Director of CCDF (CNEX Chinese Doc Forum), the Festival Director of CNEX Documentary Film Festival. Born in Taipei, studied Motion Picture at National Taiwan University of Arts, and then received an MSc degree in Festival Producing and Management from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh and a MA degree in Documentary by Practice from Royal Holloway College, University of London.

1994年，北市捷運局將新莊捷運機廠用地轉移到「樂生療養院」，並準備強制遷移樂生院院民，因病而被迫「以院為家」的院民，為「保衛家園」於1997年開始反迫遷運動。2002年，捷運局進行第一波拆除院區房舍行動，此舉引發漢生病患與台灣各界的強烈異議，一場漫長的「樂生保留運動」至此全面展開，2008年底，在警察強制驅離反迫遷之院民、聲援的學生與群眾後，捷運局立即架設施工圍籬，展開大規模的開挖工程，樂生療養院至今被拆除百分之七十以上。
在樂生院區被拆除五年多後，殘餘院區與捷運機廠的巨大工地，既像是兩個並置的傷口，也像是創傷與「發展欲望」相互交疊的場址。《殘響世界》從年邁的院民(種樹的人)、陪伴院民至今的年輕女性(陪伴散記)，以及橫跨日殖時期至今的虛構女性政治犯(之後與之前)等不同視點，討論在事件似乎已成「定局」下，「定局」是否即是「終局」？亦或可以是開啟多重辯證與其它想像的歧點。
Title：Realm of Reverberations
For more than two decades, internationally acclaimed artist Chen Chieh-jen has illuminated the deep impact of power on bodies and architecture. Here he explores a pair of sites built by the Japanese colonial government in the early 20th century: the Losheng Leprosy Sanatorium and the Taipei Prison. The first was on the outskirts of Taipei, the second in the heart of the city. Both were used for controlling marginal populations; both continued to operate long after the Japanese left; and both were eventually torn down for urban redevelopment. Across its four sections linking different times, places and people, Realm of Reverberations reveals cycles of construction and destruction, and the ironies of emotional attachment and historical detachment

黃大旺，又名黑狼（黑暗校園民歌之狼）、姚映凡（Yingfan-Psalmanazar），素有「人間音樂活百科」之稱，來自台北的聲音藝術表演者。高中開始自主錄音，聆聽大量且多樣的音樂。他的演出形式包含玩具即興演奏與硬體電子噪音，以及「黑狼那卡西」說唱秀，結合翻唱、念白與大旺式舞蹈。他也是台灣唯一發行噪音的唱片品牌旃陀羅唱片成員。在舞台上的他變化多端，然而他認為自己是人生失敗組。本片站在貼近跟隨的位置，在舞台之外，觀察他的生命樣貌與創作表演之間緊密的連結，並與他一起在城市穿梭遊走，從聲音到身體，從臥室到廢墟。
Title：TPE-Tics
This is a documentary on Dawang Huang, an extravaganza from Taiwan sound/performance art scene. Dawang Huang, also known as Black Wolf (short for The Dark Folk Music Wolf ), Yingfan-Psalmanazar, he is well known for being a “Walking Wikipedia of Music”. His autonomous recording sessions began back in his high school, in which he also listened to a vast amount of musics. Later, he developed the distinctive style of improvisation and electronic noise. All this finally form into an unique class of performance: The “Black Wolf Nakashi” show; when he is on the stage, Dawang would mix music genres and accompany the music with his style of rapping, singing, and dancing; Dawang is also a member of Taiwan’s only noise record brand “Kandala Records”. This film stands by a close position, and follows his daily life, observing the links between his life and creations. Shuttling in the city with him, from sound to body, from bedroom to ruins.

「阿嬌清粥小菜」店老闆郭先生騎機車穿梭在蜿蜒山中小路之間的長鏡頭巧思安排，就是導演在跟拍郭先生騎著每日固定路線時的突發靈感 —打破常規。於是，導演和攝影師、錄音師一行三人帶著郭先生和他的機車到了山區，拍攝這個長達好幾分鐘的長鏡頭，十分有意境，好似我們每個人都要下山（班）回家，又好似我們都在經歷人生過程、尋找人生答案（出口），耐人尋味。
Title：Closing Time
Mr. Kuo and his wife Mrs. Lin cook for the city’s sleepless. They work all night and sleep during the day, like many others in buzzing Taipei. Until one morning, riding back from the market, Mr. Kuo takes a different exit on the highway.

法國聲音藝術工作者Yannick DAUBY 定居臺北地區數年來，持續以臺北市及其周邊環境錄音為創作素材。受到歐洲藝術節慶的邀請創作或於電臺播出，在2008、2009、2011年間創作了三個聲音編曲作品。其作品靈感分別來自於：鬼月—農曆七月的夏日氛圍; 臺北2030—關於臺北都會環境發展的近未來想像；凱達格蘭—對於曾經生活在臺北盆地，如今已然消失的平埔族原住民族群的聲音遙想。
透過這三個作品，Yannick 提出關於聆聽這座首都城市聲音風景的三種不同體會與角度。
Title：Taî-pak thiaⁿ saⁿ piàn
Three sound compositions (2008, 2009, 2011) by sound artist Yannick Dauby, based on field recordings of Taipei city and its surroundings. Inspired by the Ghost Festival and the ambiences of Summertime, by the evolution and modernity of the urban environment, by the presence and absence of plain aborigines who once lived in the Taipei basin, these works are reflecting three ways of listening to the urban soundscape of Taiwan’s capital.
