Chung-Kun Wang explores the boundaries between human perception, urban spaces, and the night. The artist specializes in interactive installations and light-and-shadow media, transforming ordinary city streets into dynamic sensory landscapes. The work invites nocturnal wanderers to engage and converse, reshaping conventional perspectives while weaving collective memories and warmth into the city’s nightscape.
Rondo Disco 2026 features an elevated disc tilted at 6.688°. As visitors rest or linger on its surface, gravity naturally guides their weight, setting the disc into dynamic rotation and generating sound. The work invites participants to slow down, release everyday inertia, and let gravity compose their momentary journey.
