As local needs changed, many of the original businesses were gradually replaced by Filipino-run shops offering everyday goods and customized services. Together with the nearby St. Christopher’s Church, an important center of faith for the Filipino community, the area has grown into a key gathering place for Filipinos living in Taiwan and is now commonly known as “Little Manila.

Bounce Back
“Grab a burger, recharge, and keep going.” Starting out in Taipei’s East District, Bounce Back is an American-style burger joint built around a simple idea: a good restaurant should be a place where people can take a break and enjoy themselves. Life doesn't always go as planned, but a good meal can make things a little better. Keep Going. Bounce Back.

What matters most are the conversations, connections, and experiences we share. We want Port to be a comfortable, welcoming space where people can leave the stress of the city behind, enjoy a drink, and talk freely about whatever's on their minds.
